Life is drawing us forward to a new beginning.
We bring you dream messages from our 20th Deep Winter Dreaming lodges. Dreamers gathered in early January in the Pacific Northwest at Fox Island Retreat and at Potter’s Farm, Wisconsin. We are grateful for each Dreamer and Guardian who made this ceremony possible.
Here is a sampling of some of the universal wisdom that came through:
The wells of ancient wisdom are transparently open to us. Tap into them, draw from their depths. It is not the time to seclude, but to express this wisdom into action through gestures of love and kindness.
Joy is not a luxury right now. Rather, use it regularly to stabilize your nervous system.
In a culture trained toward outrage and exhaustion, genuine laughter and shared delight reminds communities what “safe together” feels like.
Love is rising up organically from the Earth and through us, shattering the separation of colonization to nurture, protect, and include all the People. This is the great remembering. Pyramidical structures are doomed to fail. We are circling around. We are One Family.

Tap into the wisdom of the Sequoia tree. The Sequoias are a source of ancient knowing, courage and endurance.
Stand up to protect all the families, all your neighbors. We all deserve a piece of the pie. It belongs to all of us, and there is enough for everyone. This is something worth fighting for.
Light pours forth from you and all our Relations, just as sweet water springs forth from the Mother Earth.
The light of life force energy is in us, and all around us. The darkness contains all light. Remember this to find the light when you perceive yourself to be in utter darkness.
Contemplate the knowing of the Sun behind all Suns. Breathe into and with the Sun behind all the suns.
You are a part of the love story between the Sacred Grandfather Sun and the Sacred Grandmother Earth. This love is sensual, adoring, beautiful, infinite and timeless. Open yourself to receive and give your gratitude in sacred reciprocity.
All Beings in the Universe adore, revere and love the same radiant one.
Our bodies all carry memories and trauma. Open your intuition, don’t turn away. Allow the power of your emotions to release them from the darkness and up into the light.
New nature-based schools where students can connect more with the Earth will be emerging and are needed more than ever to help future generations bring balance, harmony and peace to the planet.
Self-harming behavior will do harm whether or not one is “caught”.
Trust your own instincts and set boundaries to protect yourself. Stay alert to old patterns of disregarding or normalizing signs of dysfunction or danger.
We are all Beings of light. We are all love. The light is alive and is in All Our Relations.
“It’s the time for the season of love.”
It takes keen vision to light the way to knowledge and wisdom that sometimes lies within the technological devices we use.
Keep on composting. Plants teach us that new life grows from otherwise discarded nutrients.
Nourish the hearts of mothers. Gift her children with seeing the purity of their worth.
Instructions for taking our place in this world are disappearing. Be prepared to build your new foundation as a Sacred Human.

A mere doorway stands between life and death. Don’t get stuck thinking about it. What playful energy do you need to shift out of your old structures and rules?
Stop seeking restoration through the very structures that profit from imbalance.
Trust your instincts. Especially when you sense the unseen. Must you do something because everyone else is doing it?
Dream images and symbols have meaning and purpose that flows effortlessly when we open to intention.
Surrender to the peace keepers. Let go of the parts of ourselves that no longer serve us or others. This feeds the collective consciousness.
Allow our children to take the kinds of risks that we may have not done ourselves. Move out of their way.
We each must feel our grief over change and death. No need to be ‘nice’ and fix it.
Life is a continuous cycle of birth and death. Observe it through the lenses of wisdom and innocence.
Isolation is an illusion. Be true to your connection with nature, your guides and ancestors.
Crazy-making can take a strong hold on us. Any attempt to think we are climbing up and away from it is futile.
Be awake to a system that can locate you, document you, find you. It can immobilize you. This is no substitution for freedom.

Black and brown people have long lived in oppression, with fear for their lives. This is not new. They possess the tools for protection in their music, in their style, in their leaders.
What emotions are wrapped up in wasting resources trying to impress another? Hang onto the real truth of grounded kindness and understanding.
Walk away from old memories and trauma paths. This year will be easier if you trust yourself and focus on what nurtures you.
It is heartbreaking to witness the brutal patriarchal system harming innocent men, women and children. The raw evidence of this paves our streets. Have compassion, rescue them. Witness, and take action. We cannot numb ourselves or look away.
Brave ones are tracking and following the ones doing violence to others. This network of observation and witnessing is essential to our eventual liberation.
It’s an uphill climb. Hang on! Though we are afraid the power will slip away from us, we will pass on our Resolution to save humanity!
Beware of AI and having things controlled automatically “for us”. Maybe things will run smoothly, but we are natural, organic beings. Let’s slow it down and function as humans.
Fame and fortune can be alluring. It can create a false image of joy and happiness. Is it truly joy? Is it truly love? Know who you are and avoid idealizing celebrities. Keep it real.
Notice your true feelings in the presence of another’s anger. They are bringing you necessary information.
Pause and truly ask yourself, “What is needed?”
Many young ones have been taken into the underworld of sex slavery. Light the torches, and persist in the search until they are all liberated. Shine the light to expose those who abuse their power!
Bow down in reverence to the Mother Earth.
As you gaze in wonder amidst the beauty of the natural world, know that you are a part of this. “So Hum”, I am that.
Listen to the song of the Plant Nation; “We are the plants, we are the grasses. It is ours to give the Medicine, to offer light and nourishment that feeds the circle of Life. We are eaten, we are woven. This is perfect harmony. It is ours to be of service, to be a blessing. To be in service is a blessing.”
The network of our interconnectivity is exponentially expanding from communities to cities and around the world. The power of light and love connects us all. Together, we stand up for Life! Our connections are only growing and deepening because of our current crisis. From this, our new society will grow and transcend national boundaries.
Let yourself be tickled! Joy, laughter and playfulness are essential.
The world is trying to get your attention. She wants to be seen, felt and touched. Travel, explore, be in awe and wonder. You never know what opportunities are around the next corner. Say “yes”!
Keep dreaming big. When you are still and trust in the flow, you wil notice beautiful opportunities.
Rise up and take a stand for your truth. Use your voice to make a difference to help those who might not be able to speak up.
Listen to the song that Life is singing to you: “I am blessed. Yeah, I am blessed. Even when I'm here, feeling like a mess. This life has shown me all kinds of stress and opened up my heart like the greatest treasure chest. I am blessed.”
To receive new understandings of life on earth, explore the unseen world of plant intelligence

Old patterns may try to hack into your consciousness. Don’t let yourself be tricked or seduced back into them. Set clear boundaries to stay on your good trajectory. You know your own values and truth.
Don’t allow yourself to drown under the weight of others who lack your integrity. With wisdom, discern how to both show compassionate support and how to assure their accountability. The young men must learn to carry their own weight.
The Hawaiian word “Ohana” means “family” and implies that all should be treated as family so that no one is left behind. Take the risks of being generous so that no one is left behind. Know that the unseen Helpers will assist you when you extend your generosity.
You are here to gift the Tree of Life with your unique contribution. Give it your all, trust yourself and know you are enough.
The natural world may feel like respite from all the lies. Discern what lies continue to follow and distract you.
Share traditional meals around the table with your family. Let these old ways center the nourishment of your family.
Listen for the call of ancestors who may offer you help. Find their image for your altar as a way to connect with them.
The real story lies in the shadows. Conflict is so much deeper than hurtful words and physical aggression. Tune in. Together, excavate the truth.
Encourage our girls at a young age to be honest and outspoken.
Life springs from our creativity. Examine what habits shame your spirit, your life force.
Surround your life with those who see your perfection, just as you are. The time for perfect balance between the divine masculine and feminine is here.
Create life from pure joy.
The true gift to another lies in shared experiences.
Bells and whistles are distractions that can lead to false rewards. What do you choose to learn from this?
Let love be your compass. Track essence, not appearances. Trust the patterns. Gather what’s scattered, especially that which appears in disguise. Bring it all home to your heart.
What are you waiting for to make a change? Must the carelessness of chaos or the actions of others be what moves you forward?
Will we heed the wisdom of our elders or choose comfort pleasantly disguising rot and corruption?
Trust your intuition and offer your Medicine to the people. Don’t doubt or hesitate. The collective could use extra support grounding into their bodies to remember who they are and where they came from.
Eternity is an unfinished thread that leads us through time. Throughout, life can bedazzle us, trick us, entertain us. Track the truth and inquiry beneath the spectacle of it all.
The young people are rising. Old structures are disintegrating. They ask us to help: “Save humanity!”
Claim the parts of your soul that have been separated from you by carelessness.
Remember the French Resistance, and all resistance movements from around the world. Learn from them. Protect those who need to be hidden.
We are the ancestors returning!
How does balance serve the altar of your heart?Real living illuminates when we meet that which scares or breaks us.
What you create is worth sharing with the world. Claim it. Release it.
What do you do in exchange for money? Does this work obey your lineage or do you speak the truth of your present beliefs?
Consent is necessary. We must take child abuse/trafficking seriously. This is no game. Perpetrators are being investigated.
Societies value designer purses over the people who make the purses. Ppedigrees become important over the person themselves.
The truth is surfacing.
Creativity nourishes the art of family emotion.
Fill your best life with the Divine Feminine through song.
Hear the roar, feel the protective power of the Sacred Feminine rising. She circles us as Black Jaguar the Protectress, she is the voice of the Magdalene. Infuse yourself with her power and physical confidence. She brings the power of the sacred feminine into our current challenge. Her strength is not to be underestimated.
Enter the year of the Fire Horse standing tall in your self-empowerment. Connect with the Cardinal directions, the above and the below. Direct the fire of your life force energy toward right action to serve Life!
The honeybees are vibrating their wisdom of community. Like them, each of us has a part to offer for the betterment of the whole. In this way, balance and harmony are restored.
Explore the penguins as teachers of harmony between the masculine and the feminine.
Bat Medicine expands intuition. Invite them into your dreams.
Yellow Flicker Woodpecker reminds us to use our energy wisely; focus on that which will nourish you, rather than wasting energy tapping into that which will not.
Breathe deeply, and remember that we are all going home.
People are in prayer and on the streets in protest around the world. Countless candles have been lit, and more are coming. Together we hold the light.
The people are showing up to caucus, to participate in the election process from the grassroots level in numbers never before seen. Become involved in ways you previously have not. Lean into the support of those with experience.
The element of Water translates the frequency of unity and understanding. Submerge yourself, and listen.
“You are not alone. We are in this together.”
If we were to sit in council with all the animals at this time, what would they tell us? What action would they recommend? We are all family on this Mother Earth, and all voices need to be heard. Take the time to ask and listen.
Celebrate with playfulness. Enjoy the pleasures. Listen to your body’s own wisdom to discern the line between healthy enjoyment and over-indulgence.
Teachers are silent heroes. What can we do to brighten their lives and remind them they are appreciated?
Salt has grounding qualities.
Be alert to patterns in relationships that may be manifestations of unresolved issues with your parents. If you normalize them, they will only be perpetuated.
Supportive partners care about the things that bring you joy. It’s not too much to expect.
Your heart’s energy is far vaster than its physical size suggests. It is as enormous as the Blue Whale’s heart. Relax, and expand your heartspace.
In the natural cycle of life, something dies to nourish other Life. And so it goes.
Dear one, it’s okay to ask for help. When it feels hard, nudge yourself lovingly and ask those who are likely to say “yes”.
We are Homo Sapiens remembering that we are “Homo Luminous”; light-filled beings of love and unity.
Be a lighthouse for one another.
Connect with those who are peaceful, strong, and offer support. Find solid ground amongst your people.
Allow all the beautiful colors of your emotions to be felt. Your emotions are Medicine.
Connect with the powers of each of the four Cardinal directions to bring you healing and restoration. With Fire, to burn away old stories that do not serve; with Water, to wash away fear and grief and to restore peace and calm; with Air, to open your heart to courage and clarity of knowing; with Earth, to align with your original blueprint of wholeness.
Water carries the frequency of unity and love. The ocean is the energetic field of love. The whales are the wisdom keepers, the dolphins are the messengers of joy. Hold these frequencies and you will prevail.
The Earth is limitless in her capacity to regenerate. Express your love through every action, and perceive from the most expanded view. This cycle will pass and you are here to co-create the next.
The Sacred Feminine energy (in men as well as in women) is on the rise and is unstoppable.
Compassion in our hearts brightens our world. We all have work to do and we can all do it together. Don’t carry the world on your shoulders. It’s going to take many sacred humans to create the world anew. You are part of this movement. Answer the call and remember the possibilities.
Chisel away to break up old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us so we can create a New Earth.

Who’s driving? Time to reassess your emotional home? Are others content to let you take care of imbalance in the relationship?
Can frozen foods and cheap meats sustain us anymore? When will we say: “Enough?”
If one says, “I am not from here,” or “No soy una personal local,” does one give away personal power, the right to be where they work and live?
It may seem sacred humans are spinning in circles right now. But it is necessary to grow the New Earth. The seeds are planted.
Your sacred dream does not require permission, it requires orientation. Find your map and your path. It is uniquely yours.
Many of our girls and young women don’t understand the power of their moon time. They run from the elder wisdom which is needed to temper this innate power. This truest kind of belonging protects womanhood.
What do we do with tangled emotions that belong to others? Set it aside. Shelf it. We only need to wake up to the gentle calling of our own sacred dream.
What does eternity mean to you? The cosmic web of life may exist in darkness, and all life begins there.
Time is unravelling. The 4th Door has opened.
When there is food, feed the children first.
Share your expansion of peace where your spirit soars.
Trust the rhythm, the heartbeat, of being in a circle with others. This tenderness of heart to heart, breath to breath, unfurls exquisite beauty and transformation.

Imagine a vast, white dreamscape of all potential. Know that you have limitless freedom and spaciousness available to you. It is our limiting thoughts and beliefs that bind us. Release all constricting constructs. Your thoughts, words and images are now more powerful than ever to create the entirety of your reality. Pay attention, and craft your thoughts, words and imagery with intention. This is what will manifest.
Your ancestors are out and about. They are watching, and have taken on expanded roles as guardians and protectors. They are here for all of us.

You yearn to ensure that the children will be cared for in the crossfire of current tensions that interfere with their ease. This is an echo of what you experienced as a child. What is needed?
Love everyone, and do not judge others even when they cause their own misfortune. Doing so will only add to their suffering as well as yours.
There are the polarities of black and white. Can you reach the middle way, the place of common understanding?
In rescuing those with less ability to defend themselves, know it can come back to sting you. Do not fear the venom. It may “bee” the elixir you need to access your power.
Helping others is what this cycle is all about. What part do you feel called to play?
“You need to know where you’re going, where you are headed.” Then you’ll know the steps you need to take toward that destination.
Be generous in sharing, without attachment, what you have that will help others. Express your gratitude.
Someone may leave without saying goodbye. This is an opportunity to let them fly. It’s not about you.
Let the Little Chlld Play! This refers to little child in you, and in others. Sculpt your new reality.
Dance through life with flow, ease, joy and freedom. Don’t be afraid to express yourself. Lean in to support and know that everything will be okay. Your dance enlivens the Tree of Life.

Thirty years have passed, and to our surprise, a new story of the masculine is being birthed.
Earth is our house and it is on fire. Politically, socially, literally. It may come as a shock to some, but our ignorance of it will not hide the truth.
Tap into your Tree of Life and find your prayers released with joy.
Respect all the parts that each person is playing in this new weave. Some are on the mountain, in the temple, some are in the streets and caring for families- theirs and others’. Together we weave the frequency of unity and calm while directing the power of the Fire Horse, our emotional power, toward right action. It is a circle, and it is changing everything.
Begin from a place of joy and peace, improvise, and appreciate how belonging starts with the self.
Christ Consciousness is accessible within each and every one of us.
Elephants are acting like people? And they’re engaged in a heist?
We often can see in those closest to us, the absence of integrity. Or the irony of changing viewpoints. Is it dishonesty? Or is it crumbs of half-truths that humans use to justify their actions?
“They made us do this.” What sort of life can this mindset cook up?
What is needed to remove the black veil that obscures the light of compassion? No one can feel like a person, like a real human being, when they are shrouded and separated from the feelings that connect them with others.
Ask the question: “What am I living into?”
We are being HELD. The universal Divine Feminine holds the earth and all that’s in it. We can communicate with Her, and she with us. She says, “Listen. Give it to me. Give it to me. Give it to me”, as she holds us and all the Earth.
The Garden of Eden is within your own soul.
Show up for what is most important to you; don’t miss it.
Contemplate the sacred Seed of Life geometric pattern to align yourself with the frequencies of genesis. Life is always re-creating itself.
A big spider may represent interconnectivity, your place in the web of life, and your power to be at cause rather than at effect. It is sacred. Even if it scares you, don’t turn away from your power.
If the power goes out, remember that you are like a cell phone tower, a beacon emitting your unique frequency and intentions. You are always transmitting, and always receiving. Tune in to this more subtle communication system that is part of your true nature. You are constantly in communication.
When there is instability and uncertainty, access your agility to come back down to the Earth. Care for the children.
Honor your perceptions of what is dysfunctional. You don’t have to go along with it. Protect the little one inside of you who deserves a healthy and safe environment.
You can create a peaceful haven wherever you are, wherever you go.
Trust your own discernment about what is safe or right for you.
Humanity is being reborn to walk with balance and stability.
Secrecy pools distrust. You have the strength to leave this behind. Find your way with community. Help one another. You cannot return to the old, original state. Change is upon you.
Have strength to turn away others’ attempts to sell you more than you need.
Gather with another during the full moon. Feel the power of sacred conversations.
What are you running from or running towards? Look for the enticing traps disguised as fun or healthy. Who is controlling your life force?
Our ancestors are doing their best to reach out to us. They lead us to see our heart is nurtured in community.
Allow the tender masculine the necessary space to heal.
We must do more than scratch the surface. Take the first step. Make introductions with sacred teachers. What is needed to deepen this relationship?
Picture an immense infinity sign, shimmering with energy. It is moving and alive, and it contains everything past, present and future. All the energy is being exchanged in its movements. Whatever cycle you/we are in, it is already in motion, shifting, changing and evolving. The Universe is always creating its next version of balance. All you think and do, all that you are, contributes to this magic.
