We bring you dream distillations from our 19th Deep Winter Dreaming lodge, in hopes they may be of some guidance for you over the coming year.

Our dreamers gathered the first weekend of the New Year. Two gatherings were held: one in the Midwest at Potter’s Farm, and a second in the Pacific Northwest at Fox Island Retreat.

We are seeing some of our dreaming distillations have already manifested. With all that is happening world-wide, perhaps a message coming through can offer a way to slow it all down:

What is keeping you caged? Be aware that others can clearly see this.

What is sound before you make any sound? What do you discover?

War distorts how boys growing into men are taught to treat themselves. Total disregard for the feminine creates absolute grief and sadness. This is no longer cool.

“Let It go. Surrender. Be Free”

The future, the love, the joy are in the children and we must keep them safe.

It doesn’t matter who the President is, it may as well be a pineapple! We can keep life sweet and keep our eyes and our worlds filled with love and joy in our hearts. Higher levels of consciousness is needed and is where we will find solace and peace.

Do not force what comes naturally to you.

Spiritual warriors, lovers of the water, be ready for the call to assist those mired in deep-unyielding.

Pause and be amazed as youth leadership crosses your path.

Medical doctors see the results of society’s ills. Do what it takes to prevent children from being beaten or abused in the first place.

For many trans people, they are finding their way into a new way of life. It may mean allowing the old way of life to die, or release one’s ties to it. Know what is needed right now. Let that be the guidepost.

An unseeable gift is waiting just for you. To receive this treasure, you will need to become quiet, to rest in dark stillness lest it float away.

Look closely. Life is a layered reality.

Pay attention! Who is driving your bus?

What is the impact on the children of your election choices? What will your choices “cost”?

Joining in the harmonic song of life creates a palpable sense of beautiful unity in spite of, or perhaps because of, diversity. Be authentically open and curious about one another.

There are many ways to express love and reverence for life. Harmonize with others rather than separating. Together, we create the One Song.

You are not the only one meditating at any given time. Find ways to connect.

We live in a world where consumerism is exalted, even though we don’t need more stuff. How does this contaminate our children? Pay attention to what we hide and what we reveal. Only then can we come clean with ourselves.

The youth are crying out to their aging grandparents. The pathway taken thus far is dangerous, as if some elders have been nearly asleep at the wheel. It’s time for the younger voices to step in and drive the change.

We are always supported and protected, even if we cannot see it. Many guardians and ancestor spirits join us on our journey. Open to seeing and feeling them. Shift your fear and move into love. Call on them anytime for protection and divine guidance.

As you grow your wholeness, be emotionally present. Your nervous system can live in past feelings, creating a foggy lens of your life. As you grow your power, learn to see through a clear lens.

Your body is the earth, the earth is your body. Take comfort in this connection.

No matter how we dress up history with new technology, do not go back to repeating old mistakes or relationships.

Release gender identification and appreciate that we all express feminine and masculine energies. Each of us represents Humanity.

Increased aggressive behavior amongst young women is alarming. It is time for us to leave this behind. Allow the mature wisdom of the Feminine to lead humanity to the heart-knowing path of the Higher Self.

Study the equilateral triangle and what it reveals of balance and harmony--of the “feminine” and “masculine”. The upward facing equilateral triangle represents the Divine Masculine, associated with the elements of Fire and Air. The downward-facing triangle embodies the Divine Feminine, linked to elements of Earth and Water. We are spirit light beings having a human experience.

“Out there”, others may display unconscious acts and create chaos. Find your people and ways to weave threads of unity and wholeness.

We are at the razor’s edge. Why do we secretly look for the most vulnerable moment in another human, to kill the evil we perceive they hold? Take a look at how you cover your intentions in sweetness.

War begins with the self. Everyone is included. What are you cooking up and what gnaws at you?

What gets activated when unfettered play urges us to embrace the absurd over self-discipline? Do we shame ourselves? Do we delight ourselves?

Men are compressed and confined from being who they are and who they want to be with in relationship.

The dirt, roots, and mycelium of mother earth hold and heal bodies. This rebuilds our nervous system, the main sensory organ that allows us to perceive life outside of ourselves. Consider this as you heal your wounded self to become your authentic self.

What you are looking for. It is out there. Follow your inner child. They will direct you to this gem of truth.

Come back anytime to yourself.

You are always at choice in the ebb and flow of your conscious journey.

What does enlisting in the army offer you? What does a luxury cruise offer you? Underneath both lies inedible, rotting nourishment.

Is your current ‘job’ the one for you? Are you being ignored? Are you being held back from using your true talents? Does bureaucracy win over kindness? Find your true purpose among those who nurture you and your talents.

Along the Beauty Way path, expect pitfalls and messes to clean up. Everything you need to get back on track is available to you. Think of it as fertilizer helping you grow.

It’s time to mobilze and change our old patterns. It starts with small businesses. Are the owners hiring low paid staff and treating them like the help? Keep everyone at the same level. It’s the future of humanizing relationships.

Young women, speak up, step up and reclaim your power as a sacred human. Only using sexual power can be confusing to men. They will try all kinds of antics to sleep with you, even inadvertently put you in danger. How will you rescue yourself?

Our ancestors have left us wisdom about the power of three and community building; spend time with the Earth to remember.

Watch for repeating family patterns of neglect, abuse, and mental illness. Be an advocate for healthy relatives helping you raise your children.

Let go of inner and outer judgments. The more we engage with what life presents us, the more deeply we can find that oneness.

To walk the sacred path of life requires that we feel each step. It won’t be comfortable, but it will be authentic.

Feel the Earth with every reverent step.

Open your heart, allow yourself to receive beautiful nourishment and gifts from others; they are supporting your rebirth, your transformation.

The ocean is a portal to high frequency energy and consciousness that we typically think of as “above”. As we free ourselves to go deep, we experience the freedom of unity consciousness.

Explore your Lemurian nature.

Protect innocence and magic.

With reverence, perceive the altar of your sacred human heart. You are truly Divine, you have wings.

“Why are you here?” There are many distractions that could pull you away from your heart-knowing. Stay with your awareness. Do what feels most true and important.

When you are gifted with teachings, take the time needed to incorporate them.

The time of kings ruling the earth is falling away. We will see foundations crumble. Much destruction will be left in the wake of unthinkable alliances. From that rubble will emerge the pillars of ancient wisdom--a pure emotional power of love and tenderness. Look globally to these grandmothers who will build new kinds of bridges.

Our dogs show us true loyalty. Look to them as a reflection of what we need in our life to know love.

Is your family life full of appointments, texts and phone calls, always moving onto the next thing? Are you losing your footing?

When we’re trapped and out of our element, is screaming the only thing left to do?

When remembering our younger selves, we can hone in on the details which might seem ragged or unflattering, or we can pan out for the big picture of how we’re connected to all of life.

Relax with ease and fun as you live in this world and dream of your future world.

What’s keeping you from your sacred path? Are you too wrapped up in glitz to see a way out and forward? An unlikely ally may assist.

When we shy away from someone or something who doesn’t fit into our norms, we lose the chance to connect. Parading them around as an oddity is not the solution, either.

Believe you belong, that you are worthy. Help is everywhere and will get you to where you are going.

Your life is always in Divine timing so you are always right on time!

As we go about our everyday lives, trust your instincts. Be aware of the elite who have risen to power. Many were abandoned as children and have little compassion for others. Do not be deceived by outer beauty or charm.

Stand in your own power. You do not have to conform to your parent’s ideals.

Focus on your destination, remain on your path. It will require you to descend into the underworld for a transformational experience. Be watchful; descend willingingly.

Are you a snake, or are you a mouse? Predator or prey?

We have entered the year of the Wood Snake which brings wisdom, intuition, vitality and transformation. Welcome these qualities in yourself.

The wisdom of your lineage is carried through from the elders to the young ones. It may seem to be sleeping but it is alert, available, and awake. This is an expression of immortality, of legacy. The wisdom lives on through each of us.

Create strength and wholeness by balancing your human aspects of spirit, body, emotions and heart mind. This is the stable structure from which you ascend to express your dream of life.

Gather the scattered, tattered parts of your own wild, primal, sacred human heart. There are 4 chambers, or “books” of the heart. Open all 4 so that your heart will become full, open, clear and strong.

Stay awake. Connect with Owl, Bear, Wolf and Rabbit. They each have stories to tell you.

Honor the stories of the Elders and their cheerful conveyance. They are spewing forth gems that need to be appreciated.

Teach the children what is most important to nourish their hearts and minds as they grow.

Connect them with the Medicine of the animals so they might remember their own wild nature.

Pay attention to the credit we give to those in power. Slick slogans distract us from the real matters at hand and may lull us into believing heroes are here to save us. We are in this web of life together and the clearing of new pathways could be ugly, monstrous even. The wisdom of our ancestors is written on the wall. Will you gather some or all of the pieces of the messages?

Listen to the wind, and how it dances around human-made structures. It is a song of the ancestors.

Automation is the repetitive destroyer of our inner creativity.

Do you spend your time making senseless queries or allow life to shower you in beauty?

When you approach nature, do it very slowly and very quickly. You may be surprised at the resulting deliciousness.

Wealth may steer you around the work of those experiencing savagery and suffering. But wealth is still a puppet with no substance. Which way does your path of enlightenment blow?

Money, extravagant building projects, secrets--all distractions keeping us from true equity.

Plant your feet firmly. Shift your energy. Meet the world from your higher power. That is what will be reflected back to you.

Be your own guardian. Protect what is sacred.

The U.S. presidency is wrapped in a toga with the blue and white colors of the Israeli flag. This is what is shown. What lies in the shadow behind? Do not get hooked.

“War is coming. It will not look like what you expect. Anchor your intent in love for the humans. Anchor your anger at the desire to subjugate anyone.”

Use honey for the thyroid.

It may take the energy of a running bear to move the white stodgy males aside who are set in their ways. A clearing lies ahead.

Strong foundations are necessary. As you create new pathways, be cautious of those that lead you nowhere.

What brings you joy? A job with busy paperwork or a small token of appreciation from a friend?

Let go, try something new! Playfully enjoy the ride, bumps and all!

If you knew you were to die in a short while, what is the one offering you could make to benefit humanity? Commit to doing that one thing, NOW.

Play between the exhilaration of intentionality and the yielding of neutrality - two ways to meet the road ahead.

Something has to die before you are ready to begin a new cycle of life. Never doubt it- you are here for a reason. You are essential.

“You are held, you are whole, you are loved.”

Whatever we create, it is free to move on. We no longer own it.

When you ask for help from your ancestors, know that they are VERY REAL. Be ready. It could be a fire hose of information.

If you’re going to be an asshole, expect that what you give will be reflected back to you.

“You can’t keep holding back. Let it out.”

Be a Chief for Humanity. To do this, forgive and release the past, stay in the present moment and call your light. This is how we heal the world from fear to love.

In the path ahead of you, do what you love. It’s about helping people. In community. It’s not about money; that is the illusion.

If you wonder how dream images pass through the brain, watch a school of jellyfish floating in the water.

Expand awareness of your impact. Respectfully circumnavigate to do no harm to Life.

Take right action to bring balance to the Being and Becoming. This is the Beauty Way.

There will always be someone there to catch you.

The Signal Fires were an ancient way to send an alert that danger is approaching. The Signal Fires have been lit. The danger is here. Now is the time to act.

Everything is changing. So much of what we have known to be will appear completely different. We may experience fear. We may align our pathway in this chaotic transformation. Perhaps we observe with discomfort, knowing all potential is possible.

Are you ready to know what damaged your father?

The Profane is no less sacred than the Creator. Know your foundation and stand firmly upon it. If it cannot support you, recalibrate. Your mother loves you more than you can know.

Our trans children carry magic and need to be protected and cared for as we move through the next phase of evolution. They will be key to the new world.

What we are given in this lifetime, to learn and grow, doesn’t always align with our cycles and the cycles of others. No matter where we meet up in the continuum of time. Trust remembering where you came from and who you journeyed with.

Connect with the little child within you. Head to head, heart to heart. Healing can happen.

Know that death is needed to bring new life. When there is complete darkness, visualize yourself protected, inside a clear globe, filled with golden light.

What ideas are transforming inside your head?

Write to yourself as an outlet for your frustrations.

Release the last of your grief that covers up who you truly are. Underneath you’ll find your joy and childlike wonder.

“You’re going to make a change.” Find the Way

Communicate with the Great Mystery. Send out your question. Listen for the response.

Stand strong while those around you refuse to play fair and break the rules. Learn what it takes to care for your safety. Speak your truth; the exchange is what supports you.

The child within each of us is our mirror into what nourishes us.

As your adult self, take care of your wounded Little Child. If part of that Little Child was also healthy, join the two together to co-regulate one another, with you as their protector. Allow the two to become one.

In the end, what’s most important is we will be remembered for the lives we touched, for those we helped along the way.

“It’s time to hold the children.” Let’s create a thrivable, safer, more joyful world for them.

Fame does not necessarily make a person interesting.

You have gathered what is needed. You are ready.

Hiding in plain sight does not make us safe. Good intentions do not make us safe. Don’t get caught in other people’s traps. Be stealth about doing the right thing. Even if someone else’s actions blow it all up.

Know your guardians. They are here to keep you safe.

When you give away, selflessly, you in turn are filled with treasure, so you may give away, again.

As we step away from the tech giants, new technology will be in right relationship with the earth and bring us true, authentic connection with the earth.

The journey to our destination is not as important as how we add to the bigger picture of the lives of those we’ve loved.

The Dance of Light and Dark is infinite, always moving more than one can imagine.

Calm down. Unleash yourself. Trust your wild nature.

Be mindful of how consumerism promotes homogeneity. Be your unique human self.

Be aware of attractive illusions, of sticky dynamics that could lead you into unhealthy entanglements. Don’t put up with that.

The ocean and her creatures invite you to come and play. Engage in this energetic experience of renewal, of Oneness!

Liberate yourself from patriarchal controls. Notice habits of capitulation that interfere with your own wisdom, discernment and action.

Even when it’s kind of a pain to get your message through, persist. Make the call that feels true to YOU.

Connect in your meditations, dreams, or in “real” time with the blue waters of life, with the healing frequency of joy. Allow yourself to be healed and renewed.

Shine your light on the superpowers of children, including the little child in YOU. Play! This expands the frequency of joy, of connection and unity! This is vitally important.
