Deposit
First night’s lodging is required as a deposit. The Event Coordinator will confirm your dates and provide information with a link for payment.
Cancellation Policy
31-60 days prior to event = full refund
22-30 days prior to your event = deposit returned less a $50 processing fee
21 days or less prior to your event = loss of deposit.

Non-prescription Drugs
Potter’s Farm is an alcohol and drug free venue. Exceptions for celebrations are made if approved in advance with the Event Coordinator.
