Welcome to your Dance Registration! Please fill out the form below for you, and if applicable, your family. Include all the different “Payment Amount” checkboxes that apply. After you submit your form, the next page will offer information on calculating and sending your payment.

Regardless of whether you’ll pay some amount today or later, it’s important, at a minimum, that you fill out this form. These are the key details that help us plan for this event and coordinate transportation. If details change, you can always contact the Registration Point and let them know. We celebrate this ceremony in a life affirming way. We strongly recommend attending the entire ceremony when possible. Completing Page 1 of the required Health Form before you arrive helps the flow of settling in; please complete Page 2 when you check in at Potter’s Farm.

Please arrive by 4 pm on Friday, June 19 and join our dancing together in ceremony for 10 days. We will complete after No Trace on Sunday, June 28, usually by 5pm.

Each adult full ceremony registration with $150 deposit received by May 18th receives a $40 discount on the ceremony fee.

It best supports planning to pay by Zelle or check/cash. PayPal is least preferred, but available.
